it doesn't look like that to me, but it's pretty sturdy
I sit on it every day for several hours and it hasn't started to squeak yet - I guess I know how to tighten screws, but
lots of settings and customisation options
looks very nice, it is also pleasant to the touch
in BF for 3000, - pretty good deal
as far as I could see, there are no spare parts available
due to the fact that the armrests are adjustable in different ways, they are not completely fixed and move
it's harder than I expected, but on the other hand it doesn't hurt me
the head cushion is more for decoration, I don't see any advantage in it (the lumbar one is useful)

I considered the plastic wheels as the biggest minus when I bought it, but compared to my previous gaming chairs, these are hard plastic which can handle almost any surface without a problem.
Surprisingly comfortable
Compared to the expensive DXRacer chairs for 10k in which you feel like a sardine, the seating is wide enough and in my opinion generally better.
Unfortunately, you can't lock the armrests to move sideways, so they rotate too easily, quite a nuisance at times.
